Backend Developer — API & Services

🚀 We're hiring: Backend Developer, API & Services (100% Remote)
⚠️ Please note: This position is open only to candidates located in Mexico with advanced conversational English.

We're looking for a Backend Developer to help build and evolve the Truecount platform, from core business logic and APIs to RFID-powered inventory processing.
📍 Location: 100% Remote (candidates must be based in Mexico 🇲🇽)
💼 Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
🗣️ English: Advanced conversational English is a must

What you'll do:
🔹 Develop and maintain Truecount backend services, business logic, REST APIs, database operations, and external integrations
🔹 Manage inventory processing, EPC/UPC conversion, authentication, and data synchronization
🔹 Optimize system performance and reliability
🔹 Support integration with RFID antenna readers and reader-management services, including communication, tag data processing, and synchronization with Truecount

What you'll need (required):
✅ C#
✅ .NET / ASP.NET
✅ REST APIs
✅ SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures
✅ JSON / XML
✅ Swagger and Postman
✅ IIS and Windows Services
✅ AWS
✅ RFID reader integration
✅ Advanced conversational English
