Perry Weather – Full Stack Developer (C# & React.Js)

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in .NET C# – Experienced in building and maintaining backend solutions

using .NET and C#, capable of writing scalable, high-performance code.

• React and TypeScript – Skilled in building responsive and dynamic frontend

applications using React, with strong proficiency in TypeScript for type-safe and

maintainable code.

• Database Proficiency – Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server,

PostgreSQL, MySQL) is preferred.

2. Tooling and Workflow Competence:

• MacOS Environment – Comfortable using MacOS as the primary development

environment, familiar with Mac-specific shortcuts, commands, and file management.

• GitHub – Proficient in Git version control and experienced with GitHub workflows,

including pull requests, code reviews, and branch management for smooth

collaboration.

• Agile Methodologies – Familiar with Agile practices and capable of thriving in a

sprint-based, iterative work environment, actively participating in standups and sprint

planning.

3. Additional Qualities:

• Experience – At least 2 years of professional experience working in a software

development role

• Self-Directed and Proactive – The ideal candidate should be independent, self-

motivated, and take initiative in resolving challenges.

• Effective Communicator – Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Problem Solver and Critical Thinker – Capable of breaking down complex issues,

troubleshooting effectively, and offering innovative solutions

• Passport & Visa – Able to travel to the U.S. to spend time working on-site with the

team once or twice a year.
