Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer (.NET +

React)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in .NET (C#)

and React to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

building scalable web applications, working across the stack, and collaborating in a fast-paced,

cloud-first environment.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving both backend services and

frontend interfaces, contributing to high-quality, production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and

React

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

• Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using modern React practices

(hooks, context, functional components)

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features

end-to-end

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

• Work with cloud services (preferably AWS or Azure) for deployment and scaling

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience

• Strong experience with:

o C# / .NET Core

o React.js

o JavaScript / TypeScript

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture

• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, React Testing Library)

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience working with microservices architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL

• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

• Experience with performance optimization and observability tools

• Background in SaaS or product-based companies
