Senior SAP Techno-Functional Engineer (ECC 6 / S/4HANA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Techno-Functional Engineer with deep experience across SAP ECC 6 and/or S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including both Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business models.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently troubleshoot complex SAP issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and support critical business operations with minimal supervision. Experience with Finance processes and integrations is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide techno-functional support and solution design across SAP ECC 6 and/or S/4HANA environments

  • Support and enhance business processes related to:

    • Supply Chain Management

    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)

    • Wholesale operations

    • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP production and integration issues

  • Analyze SAP tables, logs, queries, and ABAP dumps to identify root causes and implement solutions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

  • Participate in incident management, issue triage, and production support activities

  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional SAP solutions

  • Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and business needs

  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing across teams when needed

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of SAP experience in techno-functional roles

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6 and/or S/4HANA

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Supply Chain processes

    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)

    • Wholesale business processes

    • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations

  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, including:

    • SAP tables

    • SQL/query analysis

    • ABAP dump analysis

    • Debugging and root cause analysis

  • Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical incidents

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively during issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) processes and integrations

  • Exposure to SAP integrations and middleware technologies

  • Experience working in large enterprise or global SAP environments

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

  • Prior experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or consumer products industries
