🚀 We're hiring! Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) ☁️

We're looking for a Senior SDET to lead and hands-on execute the quality strategy of a cloud-native, serverless microservices platform on AWS. This is not a traditional QA role: you'll design, build, and evolve an automation-first testing strategy. 💡

🔹 What you'll do:
✅ Redesign and enforce a scalable test strategy aligned with a healthy test pyramid
✅ Build robust API and integration automation frameworks
✅ Implement contract testing across microservices
✅ Validate serverless workflows (Lambda, event-driven flows, IAM, retries, DLQs)
✅ Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
✅ Reduce regression time and flaky test rates
✅ Mentor engineers and drive shared ownership of quality

🔹 What we're looking for:
✔️ Strong programming skills (TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js or similar)
✔️ Proven experience building automation frameworks
✔️ Deep experience testing REST APIs and distributed systems
✔️ Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, IAM)
✔️ Experience with Cypress (or equivalent) for frontend automation
✔️ CI/CD pipeline integration experience

📍 Work mode: 100% remote
🌎 Open only to candidates located in Mexico
🗣️ Advanced conversational English (required)
